Source code
The source code of both WordPress plugins is the ZIP file itself: nothing in it is minified or compiled.
What the ZIP file holds
- The plugin's PHP code in
Wp/,templates/andblocks/, readable, just as we write it. - JavaScript and CSS in
assets/andblocks/badge/, written by hand, without a build step and without minification. - In
vendor-prefixed/the shared core (produktpass-core/) and the building blocks (foundation/), copied from our shared sources under the plugin's namespace;vendor-prefixed/README.mdnames each source. - Third-party code: psr/log and the QR code library chillerlan/php-qrcode with its settings container, under their MIT licence and with a prefixed namespace. The library's decoder files derived from the ZXing project are left out.
- The language files in
languages/: the template (.pot), the German.pofiles and the.mofiles made from them.
The build tools
humbug/php-scoper(version 0.18.19) sets the namespace of the third-party libraries from the Composer lock file; the tool itself is not in the plugin.- A build script in TypeScript copies the core and the building blocks under the plugin's namespace; only the namespace changes.
msgfmtfrom GNU gettext makes the.mofiles from the.pofiles.- Every version is checked with PHPUnit, PHPStan, PHP_CodeSniffer with the WordPress Coding Standards, the WordPress.org Plugin Check and browser tests with Playwright.
Repository
The ZIP file holds the complete source code of every version; we answer questions about the build by e-mail.
Licence
Both plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later (GPL-2.0-or-later); LICENSE.txt holds the full text. The shared core and the building blocks are under the same licence in these plugins.
