What Pro adds

• Passports for single items: serial numbers with batch, manufacturing date, status and the data of the single battery.
• Serial number batches of up to 10,000 QR codes, as a ZIP with one SVG file per serial number and a CSV list.
• The CSV import with a dry run: it shows every change before anything is saved, and it also takes the export of Produktpass for JTL-Shop.
• The mapping from global and local attributes, meta fields and product fields, in the background every 15 minutes.
• Further labels: single labels from 20 to 100 mm and A4 sheets with 14, 24 and 40 labels.
• Updates on WordPress's update screen and support by e-mail with a first answer within two working days.

Pro runs next to Produktpass for WooCommerce, the free plugin. Every passport and its address belongs to the free plugin and stays online, even when Pro ends.

Price

We sell Produktpass Pro only to businesses within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code established in Germany. The receipt comes by e-mail.

Refund and cancellation

• The subscription runs for one year from the payment and renews by one year each time.
• You can cancel at any time in the customer portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year. There is no refund for the rest of a started year.
• We refund the first payment in full on request when you write to us within 14 days after it. We do not refund renewals.
• We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead by e-mail and on this page; a running subscription keeps its price for 12 months after the announcement.
• 30 days before each renewal we remind you by e-mail.
• When the subscription ends, Pro's own features become read-only; your data stays readable and exportable, and every passport page stays online.
